It’s time to vote on the Bylaw changes.

The WDAFS Bylaws with proposed updates were sent to WDAFS membership on August 19, 2025 for a 30-day review. A few minor changes were made based on membership feedback. Mexico continues to remain in the Division after confirmation from the AFS Executive Director. The description of the range of the Pacific Islands Chapter was updated. Two versions are attached in the email – the bylaws with track changes and the clean version of the bylaws.

Please submit your vote using this form by November 18th. To vote, you must 1) be a member, in good standing, of AFS, and 2) be located within the boundaries of the Western Division. Your AFS member identification number is required to verify voting eligibility. This information is not shared with anyone besides the WDAFS Secretary/Treasurer.
